Christophe owned a Michelin-rated restaurant in France for 8 years, worked with Alain Ducasse in Monaco, was Chef de Cuisine at The Ritz Carlton Dining Room and now has started a high end gourmet take out and delivery.
Keith Schroeder makes ice cream for chefs and restaurants. Recently, Whole Foods invested in the firm and you can now get this super gourmet ice cream, High Road Craft, all over the country.
