Chuck Bush – CEO of Fuzzy’s Taco Shops

Guest: Chuck Bush of Fuzzy’s Taco Shops

Fuzzy'sFather and son restaurateurs Alan and Chuck Bush bought a failed restaurant in 2003, and in just the decade since, built it into a 65 unit chain. Wow.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop started on Berry Street in Fort Worth, Texas. Laced with feta and Fuzzy’s sauce, the baja style tacos quickly led to cult-like fans. Spreading throughout 11 states and many more to come, Fuzzy’s is taking over stomachs and states alike.

Critics have described Fuzzy’s food as “a thing of great beauty,” and “truly amazing,” and the franchise itself has been called a “phenomenon.”

fuzzyfoodEvery location keeps the Fuzzy’s promise in mind: “To focus full attention on promptly and efficiently providing guests with generous helpings of uniquely flavorful foods at a fair price.”

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offers a generous selection of beer, wine, margaritas and other drink specials. Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is renowned for its signature chips and queso, huge salads, jumbo burritos and Baja tacos, prepared soft or crispy, with a distinctive garlic sauce and feta cheese combo.

Chuck has built a great company, very quickly.  Very impressive and congrats to he and his father on 10 amazing years!
