Today we are focused on OpenTable and some of the restaurants that love it. Brandon Bidlack will explain the system, how it benefits owners and guest.
We are excited to welcome Seed back to the show. Jason Raymond runs Seed Kitchen & Bar, a modern American neighborhood restaurant, located at Merchant’s Walk in East Cobb, along with past guest Doug Turbush.
Jason is opening a new place soon too, so we will be sure to ask about that. Jason & Chef de Cuisine Brendan Keenan are finishing an European inspired seasonal small plates menu, that will emphasize creative food and wine pairings.
Jason also serves as Sommelier and will teach wine classes and lead a wine program offering over 40 wines by the glass from around the globe.
And, we welcome Ryan Pernice Owner of Table and Main. Table & Main is a southern tavern situated in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, Ga. Ryan was locally raised (a proud Roswell High School grad) but most recently helped open Maialino, a Roman-style trattoria in New York City’s Gramercy Park with award-winning restaurateur Danny Meyer of Union Square Hospitality Group. Lauded with top accolades by Forbes, Esquire Magazine, New York Magazine and The New York Times since its November 2009 debut, Maialino set a high standard. Atlanta excitedly welcomes him home!
