Todd is a partner in the nationally acclaimed Concentrics Restaurants. He is responsible for creating an acclaimed wine programs which have received numerous awards and mentions in Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine & Sprits, The Wine Report, Bon Appetit, Gourmet, Condé Nast Traveler, National Geographic Traveler, Restaurant Business, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle and Jezebel magazine. In 1998, he joined Bob Amick to open the highly-acclaimed Killer Creek. Today, Concentrics boasts 12 properties in Atlanta, Georgia, St Louis, Birmingham, and Winter Park, Florida. Todd tells his story in this great interview.
Edward Dean worked at the US Embassy in New Delhi for 20 years, but ended up as a Washington DC resident, restaurant owner, and now caterer. His Sangam Restaurant has took off with lots awards and honors. It was the Grand Prize Winner at the Taste of Arlington four times in a row. Now, he has become a major caterer in town. He has catered events for George Mason University, Crystal City Mall, George Washington University, the World Bank Group, National Press Club, AOL, Capital 1, National Geographic Society, Brookings Institute, National Academy of Sciences, IntalStat, Hilton Hotels, Holiday Inns and various diplomatic missions. He tells his story with incredible honesty and it is quite the story!
