Randy Dewitt – CEO of Twin Peaks Restaurant and Front Burner Restaurants Twin Peaks is a mountain themed sports bar and was founded in 2005 by Randy Dewitt and Scott Gordon. Randy had previously helped Brinker International develop Rockfish Seafood, but noted a thriving sports bar market and wanted to create a chain with a mountain lodge motif and attractive servers. Twin Peaks has since expanded to 23 locations across 10 states in the USA. It won the Hot Concept award from Nation’s Restaurant News in 2010 and in 2011, Twin Peaks was named “Franchisee of the Year” by the International Franchise Association. With regional comfort food from scratch and 29 degree draft beer, Twin Peaks is a winner. Keith Sirois serves as the CEO at Big Boy Restaurants International, one fo the most iconic brands in the US. Previously, Keith served as President and CEO of Checkers Drive-In Restaurants Inc. When Keith took over Big Boy, it was retrenching from some tough years. His job was to sure up the foundation and prepare the company for growth.
