Some of their brands include SpringGlen, Bickel’s of York, Wege, Aunt Kitty’s and John Cope’s. And if you see a new Hanover product any time soon, you can count on Chef James to have developed it. For almost 90 years, Hanover Foods has been a leader in growing, processing, and selling food items including frozen vegetables, frozen pretzels, canned vegetables, canned beans, refrigerated, fresh, glass-packed, and snack food items.  Chef James is highly passionate, detail driven and utilizes exceptional culinary skills to determine and define food flavor trends.

David Jones is the CEO & Co-Founder of the Blazing Onion. With is wife Lorri, the first Blazing Onion opened in March of 2007. The menu has 26 better burger options featuring fresh pattied All Natural Angus 100% Ground Chuck, exotics such as Wild Boar or Buffalo, fresh Lamb, and incredible house made options such as a wonderful Meatloaf Burger, Lorri’s ridiculously good Turkey Burger and an awesome Veggie Burger. They also have a Chicken Breast and a Spicy Bean Burger to create over 200 Gourmet Burger combinations. There are currently have five company Blazing Onion’s open, with a sixth opening soon.
