Steve Jilleba – Corporate Executive Chef at Unilever Food Solutions
Steve Jilleba is Corporate Executive Chef at Unilever Food Solutions. He has been a Member of the Senior Leadership team that develops and implements company direction, processes and policies since 1998. He works on things like product ideation, development, launching new and reformulated products. Steve leads development of recipes and applications for the sales and marketing teams. He is also very active globally, creating and leading the UFS North American Culinary Activation Plan and serving as the Lead Culinarian representing the America’s in global leadership meetings. I am excited to learn about the thousands of Unilever products and about Steve’s career.
Ed Harris – “Chopped” Winner on Food Network and a Consulting Chef
Chef Ed Harris started in kitchens at his mother’s side in St. Lucia and around the Caribbean, but soon his raw energy and drive landed him at New York City’s famous Buddakan. Ed served as the sous chef for several years and was soon invited to compete on some the Food Network shows. He won Chopped’s ‘Turbot Powered’ Season Four and competed on Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell. Recently, he launched his own consulting services called Chef Life Consulting and Chef Life Events. He is currently scouting for a location in Atlanta, his new home. Ed’s primary loves are Asian cuisine and dim sum.
